Cannabis dispensaries and cannabis delivery is a rapidly growing industry in Nevada, especially in Las Vegas itself. Both on and off The Las Vegas Strip are dispensaries for tourists and locals alike. The cannabis industry growth in Las Vegas shows what can happen when a state enacts full legalization of cannabis and the acceptance of it like other businesses. Many of these retail stores offer delivery services to customers, but require strict regulations.

What are the requirements for working as a cannabis delivery driver? 

Requirements include getting a state and city issued works card for cannabis in Nevada when working for a dispensary or third party service. The work card application requires fingerprints, a background check, personal information and a fee.

Delivery drivers would use their own car or truck, or may be provided with a fleet vehicle to use, depending on who they are working for. All vehicle must be approved for cannabis delivery by the state before starting delivery. Previous delivery experience is always preferred.
